E-mail newsletter

The newsletter is sent out via the mailing service provider "MailChimp", a newsletter mailing platform operated by the US provider The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE # 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA. The mailing service provider may use the recipient's data in pseudonymous form, i.e. without assignment to a user, to optimize or improve their own services, e.g. for the technical optimization of the dispatch and presentation of the newsletter or for statistical purposes. However, the mailing service provider shall not use the data of our newsletter recipients to write to them independently or to pass on the data to third parties.


Customer service

Freshdesk / Freshworks Inc.

We use the customer service tool Freshdesk from the provider Freshworks Inc., 1250 Bayhill Drive, Suite 315, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, in order to process user inquiries faster and more efficiently.

Freshworks only uses user data for the technical processing of inquiries and does not pass them on to third parties. To use Freshdesk, a correct e-mail address is required as a minimum. As part of the processing of service inquiries, it may be necessary to collect further data (e.g. name or address).

If users do not agree to data being collected and stored in Freshworks' external system, we will offer them alternative contact options for submitting service inquiries by e-mail, telephone or post.
