Customer service
Freshdesk / Freshworks Inc.
We use the customer service tool Freshdesk from the provider Freshworks Inc., 1250 Bayhill Drive, Suite 315, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, in order to process user inquiries faster and more efficiently.
Freshworks only uses user data for the technical processing of inquiries and does not pass them on to third parties. To use Freshdesk, a correct e-mail address is required as a minimum. As part of the processing of service inquiries, it may be necessary to collect further data (e.g. name or address).
